Oliva and Alex - Connecticut Engagement Photography Session in Madison, CT

Olivia and Alex received a gift certificate for an engagement session with me from Alex’s amazing sister. How awesome is that? Their wedding day was fast approaching for their intimate wedding with their closet friends and family.

Oliva and Alex live in Madison, CT and wanted to incorporate their town into their photography location.
I knew just the spot! First they showed me around their town while we snapped some lovely images in the center of town (more to come on that later) and then we headed to the beach! Just in time for sunset.

I can’t even tell you how fun these two were! Had me laughing the entire time. They totally ROCKED their session. Their natural chemistry with each other made my job super easy, not gunna lie.

We explored one of my favorite spots for beach photography in Connecticut. I love the backdrop of the ocean and sand but also being surrounded by greenery, not something you always see at beach locations. As the sun was setting and it was almost dusk, we ventured over to the open beach area. They were up for anything! “Hey guys, wanna um…get in the water?” “Cool, now do you want to get all romantic in the sand…?” awesome!

It was the perfect warm summer day for exploring the beach.
